Help: Filling in the Pack

Churchill Sloan has already recovered over £9 MILLION in mis-sold packaged bank account fees.

You took the first step towards making your packaged bank account claim when you contacted us. The next thing you need to do is review the documents that we sent to you in the post. Once you have read, signed and returned your documents, we can continue with your PBA claim.

Filling in the pack couldn’t be easier. We just need you to:

  • Read & Review the questionnaire (one for each claim)
  • Read, sign & date ‘Section G’ (one for each claim)
  • Read, sign & date the ‘Form of Authority’ (one for each claim)
  • Send everything back to us in the pre-paid envelope

That’s all there is to it! As soon as we have received your completed pack, we will issue the complaint to your bank and keep you regularly updated on your claim’s progress. Watch the video for more information.
