‘Locked out’ of buying their own home

Middle income earners are being ‘locked out’ of buying a home of their own, claims a new report. The Institute for Fiscal Studies (IFS) study shows the biggest decline in home ownership in the UK over the last 20 years has been middle-income 25 to 34-year-olds.
